La localización, camas cómodas y todo muy limpio y aseado.
La luz que entra por las mañanas por las ventanas porque no hay persianas.

La ubicación . Es un semisótano por lo que aunque es oscuro no hace calor
Le falta menaje, no había cucharillas o vasos para todos. La iluminación del baño muy oscura.

Ubicación y tranquilidad de la zona
Humedades por todos lados. Bichitos: arañas, mosquitos... Polvo en esquinas. Utensilios de cocina escasos y no muy bien mantenidos, no invitaban a cocinar en ellos. Cocina estrecha. Baño estrecho, perdía agua la cisterna y la pila. Poca liz al ser un subsuelo (no sé si está indicado) Necesita un buen mantenimiento general... No repetiría :(
