Lovely place, owners had great communication. Super close to Little India (Brickfields). We accidentally left a watch there and the owners reached out to let us know then came back another day to meet us there with the watch.

After booking, we were advised that the apartments were in a residential building that did not permit short-term stays, and that the owner was still working through this issue with the property management. Shortly before our arrival, we were instructed to message when we were 30 minutes away so someone could meet us with the key. We were given a meeting point across the road from the actual property. After collecting the key, we were then told to drive to the apartment building, which was about 10 minutes away. I felt sorry for our driver, as we had booked a van from the airport to the original meeting point, only for him to have to navigate traffic and drive us back to the actual location. It became clear that this arrangement was intended to avoid the building's security seeing us receive the key, as they could have refused us entry due to the building's no short-term stay policy. This made us feel very uncomfortable, as we were concerned that we could be denied access, leaving six of us stranded in Kuala Lumpur at night with nowhere to stay.

Más de dos horas para hacer el checking, nos dio una habitación y no nos dejó instalarnos hasta que fuimos a sacar dinero a un ATM porq solo efectivo, y después CD llegamos nos dice que nos cambia a una habitación mejor y nos da una muy sucia, junto al motor del ascensor que no pudimos dormir en toda la noche. Y eso que nosotros insistimos en qué no queríamos cambiar de habitación, que para una noche nos daba igual, que estábamos muy cansados. No nos explicó nada de los servicios del apartamento ni como poner el agua caliente, en fin un desastre. Le escribo al dueño y me dice que no me vuelve a admitir jajajajaja todo un encanto de señor
