Pros: Upon check-in, the room was beautiful, just like in the pictures, everything was good and comfortable, and it could accommodate up to 6 people. It was fully furnished, with Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, and a water heater. It's right next to the LRT station and only one stop away from KL Sentral, making everything very convenient. Room is in lv22 so the view is very nicee, can see the city.

Cons: A 200RM deposit is required for foreigners, which is inconvenient. When booking, they usually inform guests that they will contact them closer to check-in, but they were silent, forcing me to contact them proactively. There is no housekeeping service; if you rent for a long time and need cleaning, you have to pay extra. There wasn't a welcome bottle of water. The water pressure was very weak, and the washing machine wasn't working properly.

The property looks nice but not worth the price.

The most hassle property that I’ve ever stayed. RM250 security deposit needed which is quite a huge sum for that small unit. Another RM50 need to be given to the guard upon getting and returning the access card. It’s quite a hassle. No staff working after 8pm to validate my parking tickets. It was quite troublesome for me to check out. The most horrible part is the property doesn’t come with a complimentary parking. Usually other homestay or hotel it will be at least one complimentary parking, but here the parking is payable by the guests and that too expensive.
