Het appertement ligt op een rustige en veilige locatie, buuten de drukte en 10minuten met de metro (station dichtbij) naar midtown. Het is ruim, schoon en heel praktisch voor een gezin omdat alle woonfaciliteiten aanwezig zijn.
De centrale verwarming gaat aan in de ochtend en is niet uit te zetten waardoor het er warm wordt. Dit is op te lossen door de ramen open te zetten (in de winter)

A great apartment to stay in with my family of five, spacious and comfortable, with a genuine New York atmosphere.
The kitchen is well-furnished, the piano is a nice touch, and the location is incredible for first-time visitors who want to explore Manhattan.
For some reason, the building has a central heating unit that runs at full power for half the night, forcing us to sleep with the windows open. No big deal, but it does alter sleep quality slightly.
