La posiziona perfetta centrale in una via tranquilla dove si può trovare sempre parcheggio, proprietaria sempre disponibile e gentile, appartamento accogliente e pulito con tutti servizi in perfetto stato.
Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura magari facendo l’upgrade al piano superiore perché non pensavamo, ma abbiamo sofferto la mancanza delle finestre.

Sehr schönes, sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement, modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Unten befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, oben eine tolle Küche, Essbereich, Terrasse sowie ein weiteres Badezimmer. Parken ist direkt vor dem Haus möglich. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und der Zutritt per Keycard unkompliziert. Viele schöne Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut erreichbar. Autofahren in der Stadt ist allerdings generell recht eng. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Les accessoires SMEG (grille-pain, frigo, bouilloire rose) étaient à la fois beaux et pratiques, la fresque murale apportait beaucoup de charme et le lave-linge fonctionnait parfaitement.
L’appartement présentait une forte humidité dès notre arrivée (aucune fenêtre ni ventilation, douche ouverte, murs en pierre humides). De plus, nous avons trouvé un gros insecte mort à côté du lit.
En l’état, le logement est très humide, peu confortable et ne correspond pas aux conditions attendues pour un séjour agréable. Merci de prendre en compte ce retour.

"Casa Rosa is a small studio, within walking distance to all amenities you may need. Shops, Restaurants and the beach. For two people, it’s a perfect size and great value for money. We loved it!"
