Spacious, comfortable & location

Well deserving of the 8.7 rating. The check-in was seamless, owners friendly and accommodating with the bottle of wine a nice touch. The location was excellent with nearby street parking and a lovely balcony for Aperitivo or meal. The cooking facilities were reasonable, with some of the essentials available in the pantry.
The fridge was small - suitable for only a couple of bottles of wine and Fizzante or 1 nights dinner - easily overcome by the many shops nearby. We had some issues with lack of hot water (no major issue in May), however the owner promptly organised a technician to investigate and rectify.
