Had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Staff was polite and always ready to help. Location is convenient and peaceful. Highly recommended for both short and long stays.

Had a great stay, The rooms were very neat and clean, The staff's behaviour is very humble and nice, they are always welcome with a nice smile. The best part is the location, - it's just 200 MTR from Max hospital, Fortis hospital and metro station.

The kitchen chef, Suraj, took very good note and care of the dietary preferences for my father and self given the severe food restrictions that my Father has. Mr. Joshi at Front Desk was very helpful and really tried to help in every way possible. From the staff, Gopal and Pawan, did take a lot of care where possible.

The room assigned was not to our liking at all- it was very small and cramped and the bathroom fittings and fixtures needed a lot of intervention for rectification including exhaust fan which was not working and liquid soap dispenser which was broken and mixer for hot and cold water that was also broken. The hotel Manager, when we checked in, was not able to confirm our room category and there was a lot of confusion when we checked in about the room to be assigned to us. Considering that we checked in at 7pm in the evening and had informed well in advance about our arrival timing, it was confusing why room was not ready and why there was so much confusion on room category booked and room size booked. Also, one had to struggle a lot to get the staff to agree to change the linens and towels to clean sheets when we went into the cramped room. Also hot water in the bathroom is available only for limited hours and lift is also available for limited hours. The front desk has to be informed to switch on the geyser and lift. Had it not been for Mr. Joshi's help for all these gaps, it would have been a difficult stay.
