Buena ubicación , gran terraza, está muy bien.

Cercania a la playa y vistas al monte. Habitaciones y salas comunes muy cómodas.
Algunas instalaciones necesitarian actualización/reparación principalmente el baño grande y el ventanal a la terraza, pero el resto de instalaciones y electrodomesticos muy bien.

Hace mucho calor al ser un ático y aunque tenía aire acondicionado en uno de los dormitorios ( 2 camas ) no enfriaba y tuvimos que dormir en el salón . Alejado del centro. En general no estaba muy limpio cuando llegamos No tiene ascensor El sofá es incómodo
