Casa a 2 minutos a pé de piscina natural

La casa es un lujazo. Caben 8 personas cómodamente y está muy bien acondicionado Muy limpio y cuidado al detalle

El parking es para coche muy pequeño La zona de la calle está un poco sucia

Maison refaite, avec quatre chambres, qui peut accueillir facilement deux couples avec chacun deux enfants (2 lits doubles 4 lits simples). Très bien équipée et calme. Très propre. Propriétaire facilement joignable. Bien placée pour rejoindre les axes principaux de circulation.

Rez de chaussée (cuisine) tres sombre. Maison sur trois niveaux (SDB et cuisine au RDC) 2 chambres un salon et une SDB au premier et deux chambres au deuxième étage. Quasi impossible de rentrer la voiture dans le garage en raison de stationnement anarchique face à la maison mais possibilité de se garer à proximité.

Catarina is a kind and a caring host. Our flight from Pico to Ponta Delgado got delayed and we could not reach early enough to get some basic groceries like milk and yogurt. Catarina was kind enough to get us bread, milk, yogurt and fruits and dropped it off at our place even though it was a bit late at night. She refused to take money from us which were a wonderful gesture from her. Catarina is a very responsive host and she was quick to answer every one of our concerns and questions. Place looks nicer and bigger than it looks in pictures and it was very clean. It is about 8 minutes drive to airport and 10 minutes drive to city center from the accommodation. Place was very convenient to visit city center and other attractions. Catarina's Place had everything that we needed to cook including Oil, Sugar, Salt, Tea bags and Coffee pods for the coffee machine. Catarina even provided us with local cookies and jam which were a wonderful addition to the place. Catarina was accommodating in allowing us to check out late as we had a late evening flight which we appreciate a lot. It is a one way street and people should be aware as to not to park car outside other people’s home but there were public parking spots within 100m of the home at either end of street so it was convenient. People who are sensitive to noise might hear some street noise in the 3rd floor but rooms on second floor were quiet and peaceful. Catarina has thought of everything to make our stay exceptional. Overall we had a wonderful time at Catarina’s place. I highly recommend this place for convenience and comfort.

If there was one thing to complain, there was no dryer at the accommodation even though there were drying racks to hang clothes. It would be more convenient to have dryer for short term travelers.
