Das Haus ist unglaublich schön. Die historische Bausubstanz wurde mit viel Liebe fürs Detail mit den heutigen Ansprüchen verbunden. Ausreichend Platz für 2 Paare, Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Fragen wurden von der Eigentümerin sofort beantwortet. Toller Urlaub möglich für Paare, die eine schöne Unterkunft suchen.

Das Dorf verfügt über wenig touristische Infrastruktur, nur wenige Restaurants, nur ein Supermarkt. Da es auf ca. 100 Meter Seehöhe liegt, muss man zum Strand einen anstrendenden aber lohnenden Fussmarsch zur Xlejndi-Bucht oder zur Bucht Wied Il Ghasri unternehmen und zurück. Die Xlejndi-Bucht kann auch mit dem Bus nach Victoria und dann weiter nach Marsalforn erreicht werden.

No, breakfast was not part of the rental. The cottage was very charming.

The listing stated air conditioned. One of the two bedrooms were air conditioned. The other bedroom upstairs was so hot due to no air conditioning not able to use the room. The cottage had fans 3 fans for the two floors.

It's a fairy tale house, or rather a property (house, courtyard, terrace, you've got it all), made of stone, a little bit like a cave, a little bit like a grandma's village house. A donkey would fit perfectly on the courtyard. You feel as if time has gone back a few hundred years. At the same time, it has all 21st century stuff you may need for a comfy stay. And is huge, as far from "2 bedroom flat" as it can go. You could just stay there for a few days, reading books, eating grapes and doing nothing until you see the moon. Great communication with the hosts.

There's AC just in one bedroom, which was OK for us even in August, but just letting you know in case you care more.
