    Excellent location! The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the sunrise point and the Vivekananda Memorial ferry point, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The room was spacious, clean, well-maintained, and had a pleasant ambience. I stayed in a sea-facing room on the top floor, and the view was excellent. The breakfast could have been better, wasn't upto the mark, with scope for improvement in terms of quality and variety. Overall a very comfortable stay with a great location and beautiful view.

    This hotel is walkable distance from the sun rise point, ferry to rock and statue and temple. Staff are really nice and attentive. They need to upkeep basics like the fan and TV. Otherwise rooms are well maintained and clean.

    The hotel location is great , ease of access to Sunrise view point, Feery Jetty,Kanyakumari Temple, Gandhi Mandap etc Railway station is also at 10 min distance in taxt,Auto. That's the only best thing. Food is exhobirtantly priced high. Morning buffet is limited however simple and good. There are many other restaurants within the Hotel vicinity , would suggest to try those. Staff is co-operative, however receptionist should put a smiling face while greeting the guests. The Hotel is quite old and furniture,fixtures are in broken condition. The room Lights are very dim and gives a gloomy apperance. Toiletries only Tooth brush and paste provided. Overall Rating 3/5
