FLH - MIRA Apartments Sibiu

We visited the property in August with kids, it was great that there was a small garden with some wooden benches in the shade to spend some time, especially in the evening when it was not so hot. That's a rare plus for a city visit, and we even got to use the small bbq once, which was fun (bring your own fire starters :). The area is nice and peaceful, and there was a 20-25 mins nice walk to the center, quite close to the train station as well and within 5 mins from some supermarkets (Penny and Mega), which is very helpful for getting some groceries. Wifi worked perfectly. The place seems good for a 1, max 2 nights stay if you appreciate having the garden for some talks and being away from the crowdedness of the center.

Besides some minor inconveniences that will probably be solved easily (the previous people left some messy stuff in the garden and the door handle was not properly working), the main problem that they seemed to not have solved for a long time given what other people said here is the Air Conditioning system. The remote that we had very very seldom worked, I once managed to get it to work on 18 (kind of freezing) and then it never worked again so we had to alternate between freeze mode or unplug mode to work with it, given that the place gets quite warm in August. That needs to be fixed. The second apt (the 2 person one) didn't even have AC and got super hot during the night. Even with windows closed, you can here the nearby street noises.

A wonderful stay! We had a great stay at this apartment. It is beautifully renovated, modern, spacious, and exceptionally clean, with everything needed for a comfortable visit. The location is quiet and peaceful, making it perfect for relaxing. We also enjoyed the private courtyard, which has a lovely outdoor dining area and a barbecue space, ideal for spending time outside. The host was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to come back!
