Comfort & Cleanliness: The flat was very clean, completely odour-free, and featured comfortable beds for a restful stay. Location & Amenities: Located in a quiet neighbourhood with reliable Wi-Fi throughout.

Freezer Maintenance: The freezer was heavily frosted over with excess ice buildup, which required us to clear it out before use. Shower: The shower stall was quite cramped and narrow, though functional. (not what I would call "walk in shower" as advertised :) Amenities & Supplies: Basic essential supplies were insufficient for a group of four staying four nights. We were only provided with 1.5 rolls of toilet paper and had to purchase more ourselves, along with a minimal supply of towels, which we made last, of course, but extra would have been welcome. Parking: No parking was provided or available on-site. This was as advertised, so no problem as expected.

Every think was clean a nice place to stay

Clean cosy apartment. My kids loved it and didn't want to leave. It might be a bit confusing locating the apartment but I will definitely be coming back here next time I am in Bournemouth.

It has two toilets but the main bathroom was a bit to small

The studio is clean and comfy. It’s situated in a nice quiet area with easy access the the centre and local amenities.

No major issues, some small improvements could be made such as better blinds as the current ones wake you up at sunrise, especially when you have children who thought sunrise meant we wake up at 5am 🥴😴 also the kitchen is lacking kitchen essentials such as a sink plug or bowl and oven trays
