BASED - Mersing

Very well maintained and excellent customer service.

No physical presence from the management even if easily reachable via WhatsApp.

Very spacious and clean. Self service. Don’t have to deal with anyone.

Room doors are not labeled.

The host was very helpful with providing all the necessary information for self check-in prior to our arrival, and was quick to respond to us when we were updating her about our arrival and departure times. The apartment was easy to find and exceptionally clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed for our overnight stay. I loved the bathroom! The apartment was conveniently located near Mersing Jetty, which was the reason we needed somewhere to stay in Mersing for our early morning boat ride from the jetty. I would definitely stay at Based again, and I would recommend it to other people as a very comfortable place to stay in Mersing.

Great location near the jetty. Plenty of food options

Power sockets on the floor. Have to be careful. Can trip over wires or cut your feet as the metal plates have sharp edges
