We didn't have breakfast as we were leaving early to catch the ferry to Tioman. The lady was friendly spoke little English, she showed us the area where we could help ourselves to boiling and drinking water, tea, coffee, biscuits. Think there was alcohol and maybe cereal, didn't pay that much attention. I only used the boiling water for my 'pot noddles'
We didn't use the lounge area, but it looked lovely.
Didn't bother us on our short stay, but the security bars on the windows and padlock on the entrance door, high gates to this property and others in the road, made me wonder if Mersing is a rough area. But I suppose the security is a good thing if your staying here.

Easy check in, attentive staff, homey and peaceful. Love the open space outside where you can just chill. Room was spacious for 3 of us and cleaned bathroom.

Had an amazing stay! Staff greeted us the moment we walked in and helped with our bags to the room - super thoughtful. But what made it special was Mr Kam, the owner. He spent time talking with us, sharing stories, and made us feel right at home. Hospitality 10/10. If you want a place where you’re treated like more than just a customer, book this homestay!
