    This place provides everything you need to have a great time on Pulau Tioman. Excellent customer service from the staff who can assist you with arrangements for land transfer, snorkeling, and island tours. I’d chose 1511 Coconut Grove again.

    I was treat rudely on the phone when speaking to the staff. Maybe i am a local tourist that’s why. Wifi password was not given to us during check-in. Faulty electrical kettle. We were expecting free breakfast like buffet style but instead only 1-time order (ala carte) for each person. For a claimed 3 star hotel, 1511 coconut grove was not worth of our stay and money.

    On the whole it was a nice time, food was ok, staff were ok, the beach is great, the location on an island with beautiful jungle was great. On the downside, way overpriced, getting there was a massive hassle and cost a fortune, only 2 places to get a beer, nobody cleans room unless asked, restaurant was not great when the generator was going and the kitchen pumping out fumes into it, the beach furniture were soo uncomfortable. Having lived in Asia for 17 years, just go to Vietnam for your holidays.
