Staff here can speak English and help you with the language barrier. The best thing is that they helped provide you with locations and address of attractions which helped us a lot. It is near the ancient town and near to convenient store and photography studios where you can rent traditional chinese costumes. They even provide list of halal restaurants together with the location. Overall very practical and helpful. The room is also pretty and comfortable and affordable. Will totally recommend if you’re planning to come to Lijiang.

the room was spacious, complete with wifi and others, can do laundry, location a bit far from old town, need to take public transport. far from restaurant.

This place turned out to be even better than it looked on the pictures. Very good location next to the old town, great value for money. I love that there is floor heating, which made my stay much more comfortable given it's quite cold this time of the year.

Room layout is definitely a waste. No hanger provided, towel rack is put at another corner opposite the bathroom. Fabric cushion is dirt and dare not sit. Air purifier on the bedside table is full with dust, dare not to use. Window sill full with dust and dead mosquito. Bathtub is next to the bed, bubbles and water will spill out from the floor to the bedside, I have to dry it myself after soaking. Room cleaning is not done properly, forced to clean the toilet bowl myself. Transparent glass panel apply for toilet and shower room, no privacy if staying with children, please aware this. Room is dark and lighting is not enough. One of the wall power socket was spoilt, staff do lend us an extension to charge our devices. Part wooden floor also broken.
