The room was clean and very nice. The bed was OK comfortable. It was quiet and we didn't have any trouble. The staff was very friendly. The price was very affordable.
The location. It was hard to navigate the traffic and get out and across to the other side of the highway. I passed the motel the first time because the building didn't look like a traditional motel. It's a gray square closed off building. Not appealing at all. The only things offered were hand soap. Nothing else.

It was comfortable and clean. Conveniently located.
Washing machines were out of order and only had 1 working dryer.

Bathrooms and bed/room were newer and clean.
The rest of the hotel, like the hallways and stairs needed to be updated. There are also signs about reporting human trafficking on the walls, which doesnt make you feel like its a very safe place to stay although we didn't have any issues or see anything sketchy. Also it had no hair dryers in bathrooms (and you would know I forgot mine at home.)
