We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this bright, light, quiet & comfortable accom and would stay again

Communication from minute we booked was immediate and great. Collection of keys and showing thru property by Virginie was excellent. Accom is spot, clean and bright with living sitting area having beautiful view over valley to watch sunrise and sunset. being able to open big glass doors and let in air was fabulous. Very quiet too. Location on edge of Grasse old town is perfect.

Only things that could be improved is the fixing of the big shower head in the bathroom and addressing the odour from kitchen sink/bin area - would be great. And maybe another pillow for each on the bed - but otherwise accom is lovely.

Beautiful property in the heart of Grasse

The property is very modern apartment in a very old building, bright and extremely clean. Immaculate. The view is very pleasing. The property is located up lots of stairs. The kitchen had everything you needed for a self catering stay. We unloaded the car in the narrow street outside of the property and then had to park elsewhere - only a short walkway. The host did her best to explain things in English despite not speaking much, it was greatly appreciated. You are in the heart of the old town of Grasse. The property had air conditioning in the living room and the main bedroom. The living room got very warm because of the glass and the amount of sunlight. Overall a beautiful property. Thank you .

No oven. Rainfall shower didn’t work only the handheld one. The host pointed this out to us personally when we checked in.

Modern apartment in historic building with a great location.

Anthony, our host, met us at the property and did everything he could to make us feel welcome and to show us the property, which is beautiful and in a great location. He then walked around with us to introduce us to his city. He is extremely charming and helpful. The apartment is very modern and beautifully renovated in an old, historic building.

Parking can be very tricky, but it's worth it!

Comfortable and convenient.

Recently refurbished, clean, fast internet, convenient set-up with reversible AC. Kitchen quite complete (no oven, but the rest is there). Great management, waiting on our arrival - could not be better. Even some forgotten items returned, thanks!!

Corridors outside look very dated (old carpet glue on tiles not removed) and light switches cut out quickly and are not illuminated. This is only the access to the apartment, so not under direct control of this property owner. We could not get the sockets near the bed to work.

Le propriétaire est super sympa, on a l'impression d'être hébergé chez un ami. Vraiment très appréciable! La vue est extra, la rénovation de l'appartement est très chouette et moderne.

l'immeuble est ancien mais historique, ceci explique la cage d'escalier qui pourrait être refaite mais l'appartement en lui même est très bien rénové et la vue est superbe.

Location is so convenient! Anthony （owner）was really kind and helped us a lot. Rooms are stylish and clean. Air conditioning is good in the rooms so even though outside was pretty hot but We were comfortable at there. Shower room is bit tricky but Anthony explained well so wasn’t too bad. ロケーションがとても良く、街の中は全て徒歩圏内。どこに行くにもとても便利でした。お部屋はとても清潔で、おしゃれで、景色もサイコー。設備も新しくて、エアコンも2台完備で暑い日もお部屋の中は快適。オーナーはとても親切で、チェックインの時間なども柔軟に対応して頂きました。シャワーの使い方に注意が必要でしたが、しっかり説明してくれたので、こちらも安心でした。

An apartment was too comfortable so difficult to leave at there. Everything was excellent! 部屋が素敵すぎるので、なかなか外に出たくなくなる。

Stra consigliato per vedere il centro di Grasse

Praticamente tutto. Titolare gentilissimo e super disponibile. Ci ha anche aiutato a trovare il posto auto nelle vicinanze. Vista molto carina dalla casa e vetrata che illumina tutta la casa. La casa è ben curata e nuovissima. Super consigliato per visitare Grasse e farsi dei giretti in centro.

Der perfekte Ort in Grasse

Der Ausblick war einzigartig und die Gastgeber waren so nett und hilfsbereit. Anthony hat uns sowohl bei der Ankunft als auch beim Check-out geholfen, die Koffer zu tragen. Die Wohnung war komplett sauber und ist super ausgestattet, trotz einiger sehr heißer Tage konnten wir dank der Klimaanlage super wohnen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch perfekt und sehr zentral. Ich würde in Grasse nirgendwo anders wohnen wollen.

L'accueil d'Anthony et sa disponibilité ont été exemplaires, c'était une réservation de dernière minute. Quel contraste entre l'immeuble vieux (dans le beau sens du terme) et plein d'Histoire, et l'appartement moderne, fonctionnel et confortable ! Et quelle vue... Nons recommandons chaleureusement.
