Fantastic location, great value, I would definitely stay here again.

The owner was easy to contact, luckily, because we had not received the information about key location.

It was quite complicated to find the key, the apartment and the carpark.

Nice, spacious apartment in central location with a few maintenance issues

Central location, but on main road, which means it’s noisy at times

Lots of maintenance issues - broken shower head, freezer frozen solid, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Leaking coffee machine

Conveniently located in city centre.

The location was great. Close to shops, restaurants and the Fragonard museum.

The parking facility is 5 minutes walking distance, a bit of an inconvenience when it is raining.

L equipement dans la cuisine ne correspont pas a l'appartment. 2 verres a vins pour un appartement 6 personnes , congelateurs tout glaces et inutilisable, pas d'ouvre boite etc... Pas recu les infos immediatement pour recuperer les cles .

La casa è molto grande ed accessoriata. Posizione molto comoda, centralissima, praticamente di fronte al museo internazionale della profumeria. Cucina completa di tutto. Molto utile avere due bagni. Comodissimo il parcheggio.

L'appartamento è alla fine di due rampe di scale, senza ascensore. Davvero scomodo quando si hanno tante valigie o difficoltà motorie. Inoltre sulla scala arriva il calore dei condizionatori e quando si entra prende un colpo nei periodi caldi.

Hübsches Apartment in zentraler Lage mit eignem Parkplatz

Wunderhübsches Apartment in zentraler Lage. Das Haus selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Apartment war jedoch modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist sehr geräumig und hat zwei neu sanierte Bäder. Perfekt war der eigene Parkplatz, der nur in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar war. Self - Check sowohl im Apartment als auch für den Parkplatz via Schranke und Fernbedienung hat dank bebildertem Leitfaden für die Anreise super funktioniert. Restaurants und Zentrum sind gut fussläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein Schlafzimmer befindet sich nach vorne raus zur Straße, an der es Nachts etwas laut werden kann. Dafür gibt es aber hinten raus noch zwei Schlafzimmer, die ruhig liegen.

Magnífic apartament al que li falta manteniment

L'apartament és molt agradable, ben situat, ampli, amb tres habitacions i dos banys tal com s'indica i el pàrquing proper fa que sigui molt còmode arribar i moure's per la regió si vas en cotxe, tal com esperàvem.

El manteniment no és bo, no correspon a les valoracions que havíem llegit, potser s'ha anat abandonant i cal fer una revisió de com s'ha de mantenir. Quan vàrem arribar el congelador estava ple de gel, fins al punt que no tancava. Vàrem poder fer servir la nevera sense problemes. La taula estava ratllada i desgastada. No es d'estranyar perquè no hi havien estovalles ni draps de cuina, ni paper de cuina. El wifi no anava perquè la contrasenya facilitada era incorrecta. Al comunicar tot això al propietari (o representant) només va solucionar el tema wifi

La situation de l'appartement et le fait qu'il soit spacieux et propre avec des chambres confortables. L'espace de vie avec la cuisine ouverte.

Manque des équipements en vaisselle (ex : pour petit déjeuner, qualité des couverts et assiette pas au niveau de l'appartement). Il n'y a aucun torchon vaisselle !!! Le bruit de la rue : les fenêtres sont anciennes et pas de double vitrage : dommage au vu du standing de l'appartement.
