Location, location, location and the free (also available) parking space directly in front of the appartment (gated). Three swimming pools with enough sunbeds around and in the gardens. Very close-by access to three beaches as are quite some restaurants (all walking distance).
The address of the appartment within the confirmation of Booking.com cannot be used to get to the appartment. The address is directing to a different location in Anfi Del Mar (somewhere you can't go).
Second the Booking.com website is showing an incorrect location of the appartment is. Booking.com is showing that the appartment is in the harbour of Puerto Rico however the appartment is located in Anfi Del Mar. After a quick call to the contact number provided in the Booking.com confirmation, we received via whatsapp directions how to get to the appartment.
After a quick check-in (reception 24 hrs coverage) we got the keys of the appartment on the 15th floor (2 elevators). The appartment itself certainly needs TLC however WIFI available, great TV and sound system, kitchen is fully equipped, 2 separate spacious bed rooms and a large living room with stunning views. Bath room is OK with toilet, shower and separate bath tub however definitely needs renovation. There's a second toilet. Three Balconies and all windows with sun screens. It felt as if the appartment wasn't occupied for some days as the temperature in it was very high. Having said that, a partial renovation of the AC resulted in that just the AC in the living room seemed to have been renewed. The AC close to the 2 bed rooms wasn't and therefore the bed rooms always stayed warm despite the proper functioning of the living room AC. Please be mindful that our 2 kids therefore slept on the couches in the living room.

Er wordt vermeld dat er 2 badkamers zijn, maar die zijn er niet, Er is 1 wc van 75 cm breed en de verhuurder zegt dat dit de bakkamer is😒😒😒. Valt erg tegen
