MARVIT CENTRAL LUXURY

Placed perfectly between spacca Napoli and via tribune, from the outside this looks like many of the apartments in the road, a bit tired and run down. The inside however, has been converted into a clean and modern mini-hotel. When you enter it’s like being in a different place. Because of the balance of location and price, this for me was perfect. A clean and quiet room amidst the heart of Napoli. There’s a balcony outside and the host was attentive to our needs, offering up support when we needed it. It’s a family run affair, was cleaned every day, and we were able to relax after our morning activities before heading out for dinner.

It was fine for us, it’s a locally run hotel in an apartment block and some people might prefer a more expensive hotel - I’m not sure there are many places like this slap bang between the two main tourist streets to visit in Napoli.

The room was new and very clean, the location is super central and we easily reached everything on foot. Vittorio was a great host - responsive, joyful and always ready to help. The property is very well furnished, the windows don't let any noise in from the bustling Naples, and it has AC. Overall an excellent stay, thank you!

The host, Vittorio, probably the nicest man in Italy, helped us with anything we needed and gave us plenty of helpful and great recommendations. If you need anything he's the man to help you get it. The location is right in the center of Naples, 30 seconds walk from main streets like spaccanapoli and via tribunali yet still very quiet at night. The room was nice and cozy with a new look and fresh smell.

The balcony was not private but still very nice

This property is an excellent location? It’s close to everything! In fact, we took a cooking class and found out it was just about three doors down. It’s in a great neighborhood and you really feel like you’re part of a community here.

I don’t think there was anything I did not like.
