Sunset One, Two and Tree, Sea View Apartments with Pool

The villa has an amazing view over the area and sea views, the oversize balcony area is great for relaxing and eating

The property has no air conditioning which was difficult in the high heat, and the kitchen has limited surfaces and overall requires some investment to bring this up to standard we were expecting

The balcony / terrace and view is wonderful. The apartment has no air conditioning and only two ventilators / fans that are quite loud so we spent most of our time in the evenings on the terrace because it was the coolest spot when there was a breeze. The apartment is lovely and we enjoyed our stay. The beds are comfortable and the decor is quaint with shells and a subtle coastal theme. Two large refrigerators so that’s great for families staying longer. Plenty of hangers for clothes and wardrobe space is good too. Shampoo and body wash sachets were provided and little washing up liquid pouches etc which was a nice touch.

The check in time is 17:00. That’s late. The most annoying part is that firstly you have to pick up keys from the agent which is about a 6 - 8 minute drive away & the address listed didn’t take us directly to the pick up area so we had to pull up and call and get the actual address with exact coordinates etc - details like this matter the moment a reservation is made. The agents seem rather disorganized. Nice people but very odd system. Once we arrived punctually to the key collection office (the agents) We had to wait 45 minutes in the car while the person that was to escort us to the apartment returned from his earlier checked in guests. Such a strange and super inefficient system. We didn’t get into our apartment until 18:00 so basically we couldn’t even access what we paid for until 1 hour after. It took us a long drive to get there we were really frustrated- especially with children. We were also very dissatisfied that the washing machine was broken. We booked it carefully and a washing machine was listed as a facility but it didn’t work. So essentially we paid for one but didn’t get our moneys worth. It was important because I wanted to do a couple of washes especially because of our child. There was also water coming into the kitchen from somewhere under the sink so we spent two days mopping up water every morning - Not ideal on a holiday. We immediately told the agent however we got no response. There are only two fans in the apartment so that means that one bedroom and the living room gets no moving air unless you open windows. There are no mosquito nets on the windows. Also not ideal.

Era tutto molto essenziale, raccolto e familiare

La casa era perfecta, muy limpia y con una ubicación excelente. Todo estaba bien cuidado y organizado, lo que hizo nuestra estancia muy cómoda. Además, quiero agradecer a Luca, que fue muy amable y me dio consejos especiales que hicieron nuestra experiencia aún mejor. ¡Recomiendo mucho este lugar!
