About this house rental
The Residence is surrounded by greenery, 100 meters from the sea, a few steps from the center of Baia fi included-You can enjoy the wonderful and relaxing Panorama from the terrace in front of the sea. At 100 meters there is the equipped beach of Porto Sole with sunbeds and umbrellas and bar. Possibility of renting inflatable boats to discover the beauty of the coast.
Distance 5 km from Porto Cervo. IT IS PART OF AN EXCLUSIVE AREA, near the sea. The property consists of a Villa and near a semi-detached house divided into 3 TYPICAL STAZZU GALLURESI: SUSY, FELIX, REY with entrances and independent gardens.
The residence is located 300 meters from the center of Baia Sardinia, where you can find supermarkets, shops and boutiques of all kinds, pharmacies, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, creperies. Motorbike and bicycle rental available.
Driving directions: From Olbia Airport follow signs for Costa Smeralda junction for San Pantaleo, then follow for Baia Sardinia, before arriving at the center turn left to Tremonti and follow the dirt road to the first villa on the right. C'est une belle propriété constituée de trois maisons avec une jolie vue sur mer dans un endroit calme et reposant. Elle bénéficie une bonne situation géographique: tous les commerces,le supermarché, les 2 belles plages, dont une celle de Baja Sardinia avec ces bars et resto sympa, sont à 10 minutes à pieds, Porto Cervo est à 30mns en voiture.
Nous avons occupé une maison qui est assez spacieuse avec un grand salon et 2 chambres dont chacune a sa propre salle de bain. La cuisine est bien équipée, il y a aussi 2 belles terrasses avec un barbecu dont on a bien profité le soir.
La maison des propriétaires Mariadele et Gianfranco se trouve à côté, ce qui est très pratique pour les convives et surtout pour nous puisqu'ils parlent bien français. Ce sont les gens très gentils, chaleureux et attentifs par rapport à ces locataires. Le jour de notre arrivé une bouteille de bienvenue nous a été offerte, on a reçu de leur part de très bons conseils pour les visites, les restaurants, les discothèques, les marchés locaux. Bref tout a été parfait. L'endroit a tellement plu à notre fils qu'il y est resté encore 2 semaines!!!!
On espère y revenir en août prochain

Situation privilégiée avec vue sur la baie et accès direct aux plages.
La villa est particulièrement bien aménagée et ses grandes terrasses sont véritablement très agréables.
Mariedele discrète mais attentionnée met tout en oeuvre pour que l'on reparte avec regret et avec une seule idée revenir l'année suivante !

Abbiamo scelto questa splendida casa come meta di relax per il nostro viaggio di nozze,devo dire che è stata la scelta più azzeccata!nel verde,silenziosa,e a pochi metri dalla spiaggia,se si vuole osare per una spiaggia più intima bastano 5 minuti a piedi,comoda anche per i servizi,una meraviglia,della struttura nessuna lamentela tenuta proprio bene e ben arredata,consiglio vivamente per chi ama il mare e la tranquillità! Il più è che dalla veranda si gode una splendida vista mare!appagante davvero durante i pasti!!
La proprietaria, è sempre disponibile per qualsiasi problema, è molto gentile!andateci e godetevi il relax del mare!
