It was ok the reception and the owner was trying.
The staff , cleaners are very rude. They demand that you vacate the building so that they can clean even though you are staying for the next day . Spoke to the owner that they can do cleaning after 2pm and they insist on knocking on the door demanding to clean and disturbing my sleep.
That I found disrespectful of a service I paid for and have communicated with the boss. Furthermore 1st night of my stay there was no hot water to shower to shower with in the morning. They said they forgot to switch on the geyser.

Very convenient for work stays especially if you needing to be in and around town, the owners are lovely, with plenty of parking space behind a safe and secure boundary.
