Very convenient location for 2 day Nizwa visit.
Excellent reception by host with tea, coffee, water and plenty dates.
Host was very helpful and ready to answer any question we had during our stay.
Large clean rooms and multiple bathrooms, large beds, kitchen, indoor swimming pool.
Covered outside terrace and sitting area.
In Oman you'll struggle to find beside lamps, this place was no different.

The facilities were amazing, there is so much space, you have everything you need, and the playground for the kids is so well. The location is perfect you are only 10 minutes from the soul and the fort by walk. The owner is really kind and helpful, really responsive.
