Location
Old and worn-out furniture, damaged toilet seats, and the air-conditioning vents were poorly positioned. The room was not ready for use upon arrival, and I had to ask for basic essentials such as toilet paper and towels. There were also no basic welcome amenities such as tea, coffee, or bottled water.
