الموقع ممتاز وقريب من الخدمات والمطاعم والشاطئ الشقة كبيرة وفاخرة السرير مريح إطلالة ساحرة على البحر المسؤول محترم ومتعاون حارس العمارة طيب ومحترم
وقت الخروج مبكر جدا 10:00 am ! لكنهم سمحوا لي بساعة أخرى إضافية

الشقه جميله جدا وفيها كل الاحتياجات استاذ مصطفى متعاون جدا حقيقى الفيو رائع ومستوى النظافه كويس جدا جدا ومكيفه بالكامل وهروح تاني بأذن الله وعلى الرغم من التعليقات السلبيه بس احب اكرر التجربه تاني
للاسف الشقه مظلومة جدا بالخدمات فى العماره اولا البلكونه مجروحه ممكن حد يطلع تلاقى الجار جنبك شايفك المفروض يتحط ستاره او فاصل للخصوصية الاسانسير غير مستقر واتعطل لمده ساعتين او تلاته واتأخرت فى التشيك اوت والعربيه اللى حاجزها راحت عليا بالعربون مفيش مكواه ( كان فى واحده بس بايظه ) النور غير مستقر وبيقطع ويجي كتير من اغرب الحاجات ان اثناء التشك اين كان بيتم عمليه تنظيف للخازنات ومكانش فى مايه وخدت اول شاور الساعه 5 العضر قبل خطوبتي بساعتين باقه النت كانت خلصانه و الارضى مكانش مدفوع استاذ مصطفى متعاون وبيحل فى دقايق بس انا لازم اجي مجاهدش وكل حاجه تكون مضبوطه
