We loved everything about this accommodation - the location is very close to the Centro storico, is air conditioned, the kitchen has everything you need, the apartment is renovated and clean. Most important is the communication with the host. Maria was beyond nice, warm and helpful. The breakfast that comes along with the accomodation is in the cafeteria just next street, one beverage and one pizza or treat, just amazing. I definitely recommend and would definitely come again at Bellantonia.

La propriétaire est sympathique et à l’écoute en cas de soucis. La hauteur des plafonds qui rend la pièce fraîche et le coin cuisine dans la pièce. La salle de bain pratique et bien équipée La cafetière très utile

La qualité des lits surtout les lits d’appoints pour les enfants avec les cousins qui ont besoin d’être revus car vraiment pas confortables. Le quartier est vraiment trop bruyant même la nuit en plein centre ville trop de circulation. Le petit déjeuner composé d’une viennoiserie et d’une boisson je pense que ça reste vraiment light même si les viennoiseries sont vraiments bonnes. Une porte aurait été pratique entre les 2 pièces pour préserver l’intimiité.

The location of the accommodation was superb, local bakeries, little supermarkets, bus stations, train stations everything was closeby and within reach! The cleanliness was outstanding too. Maria was so friendly and helpful too!

Η διαμονή μας δυστυχώς δεν ήταν όσο ευχάριστη περιμέναμε. Το δωμάτιο παρουσίαζε εμφανείς φθορές και δεν ήταν όσο καθαρό θα επιθυμούσαμε. Στο μπάνιο υπήρχαν άλατα στις βρύσες, ενώ το ντουλάπι κάτω από τον νιπτήρα ήταν χαλασμένο. Επίσης, υπήρχαν συνεχείς διακυμάνσεις στη θερμοκρασία του νερού, καθώς από ζεστό γινόταν ξαφνικά κρύο και αντίστροφα. Η τηλεόραση δεν λειτουργούσε, ενώ τα βοηθητικά κρεβάτια ήταν πολύ μαλακά και ουσιαστικά επρόκειτο για ράντζα. Η κουζίνα επίσης δεν ήταν επαρκώς καθαρισμένη. Το σημαντικότερο, ωστόσο, ήταν η τοποθεσία και το περιβάλλον της γειτονιάς. Η περιοχή ήταν αρκετά βρώμικη και, ιδιαίτερα το βράδυ, δεν αισθανθήκαμε άνετα να κυκλοφορούμε. Υπήρχε επίσης έντονος θόρυβος από την κυκλοφορία των οχημάτων, κάτι που επηρέασε σημαντικά την ηρεμία της διαμονής. Συνολικά, θεωρούμε ότι υπάρχουν αρκετά σημεία που χρειάζονται βελτίωση, κυρίως όσον αφορά την καθαριότητα, τη συντήρηση του καταλύματος και το επίπεδο άνεσης
