Kind and warm family. Spaceful and comfortable apartment

I had to knock on the owners door to get keys. They have an infant so I felt bad bothering them but I did ask for some coffee for the next morning as I arrived on All Saint's Day and the next day Sunday everything was also closed.

The kitchen was large but sparse. I needed coffee for the first morning which they gave me. The kitchen dish soap was left with one squeeze in the bottle. I am not in the habit of having to buy supplies for an short term rental. There were not cleaning supplies. Other items on their listing were not available at the apartment. No toiletries; I was given one towel for a week, no slippers, no iron, to washing machine, No fan, drying rack or sanitizer. The jetted tub which they think is wonderful is so corroded I don't know that anyone would use it as a bathtub. There was also not enough hot water to fill it. I am an older woman and the undulation of the tub bottom made it very difficult to climb into and find a flat place to stand that didn't put water all over the floor. I am sorry to write such a negative review but if I had read a previous google review I likely would not have booked this location. The photos show the lack of cleanliness and also a bowl of cigarette butts left on the very unstable deck. The bed pillows are atrocious and there was no top sheet (but maybe that is customary here, I don't know)
