About this apartment rental
Modern, spacious and ground floor apartment on the southern slope with separate entrance and two parking spaces directly in front of the apartment.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and fridge freezer) with a cozy dining area, large bathroom with toilet, bath and shower. Both bedrooms have a comfortable bed (180x200cm) and a pull-out sofa bed. There is also a TV and plenty of storage space in both rooms. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment and even on the terrace.
The spacious and directly accessible terrace with comfortable seating and sun loungers invites you to linger and relax. You will enjoy the expansive view of the neighboring village, the meadows and nearby forests. The private barbecue area invites you to cozy hours under the open sky.
Numerous leisure activities can be found in the area. Such as B. Outdoor pool, climbing forest, golf course, toboggan runs, kayak tours or cave tours. Hiking, climbing or cycling are possible directly behind the house or, for example, in the nearby Veldensteiner forest. Especially with children worth a visit to the game reserve here. Bakery and butcher are located about 1km away. Further shopping possibilities are approx. 4 km away (REWE, Aldi).
Washing machine and dryer can be shared on request.

My mother and I stayed 2 years ago and we loved it so much that our family booked this again for our second stay in Germany. The hosts are wonderful and friendly and leave nothing to be desired in the home. Everything you could possibly need is at hand. The property is just beautiful with spring flowers and trees planted everywhere. Many outdoor seating areas are provided to enjoy the beauty. The home is wonderful with great bedrooms and accomodations. You are also at the center of any attractions you would like to see in the area. So much to do and see with a short drive. Our family in the US, Germany and Spain all highly recommend this VRBO. Thank you for making our family trip so memorable.We will be back!

Die sehr saubere, große, und gut ausgestattete FeWo liegt etwas ausserhalb von Betzenstein mitten in der fränkischen Landschaft, geprägt von Hügeln, Wäldern uind Feldern. Es ist dort absolut ruhig. DIe Vermieter wohnen im gleichen Haus, sie sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Ferienwohnung lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen und ist sehr sauber. Es war absolut alles vorhanden, was benötigt wurde und noch ein paar Dinge darüber hinaus. Ein sehr freundlicher Empfang durch die Gastgeber und eine sehr ruhige Lage. Für Fragen zu Radtouren, Wanderungen oder Ausflügen steht ausreichend Material zur Verfügung. Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub dort verbracht und können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!
