Family Home, Hot Tub, Suncadia Pool Access

The house is simply lovely, and is beautifully appointed in a very private, wooded setting. It was perfect for our family of four adults and three teenagers. They loved the game garage and the large TV's throughout the house. I enjoyed the very well equipped kitchen and lovely dining areas, inside and out. The outdoor patio is very nice and well designed.

I have mentioned the comments that follow to the Suncadia Management, as I hope it helps them from getting future negative reviews. We enjoyed Suncadia very much; our only disappointment was with the cleaning crew. They were late leaving the property so I wasn't given the access code until 4:30 ( check-in is at 4:00) and upon arrival we were told that there was an issue with the refrigerator. The Lodge staff acted responsibly in finding a loaner refrigerator, but this delayed our getting settled. My impression was that the cleaners did a hurried job of cleaning with little thought to double checking anything: they left a toilet plugged in one of the master bedrooms, a burned out lightbulb in the bathroom, the patio area had not been cleaned, leaving the outdoor barbeque and table area dirty, as well as smudges of finger prints on the windows. Lastly, we were disappointed to not be able to use the hot tub on the first night of our stay. The water was completely cold and took a full day to heat to a usable temperature. Our booking was made months beforehand so with an earlier, more prudent cleaning schedule I believe this issue could have been avoided.
