Walk to Best Eats and Shops and Stay in Style

Such friendly, helpful hosts and a well maintained, nicely decorated getaway! When we arrived we found a bottle of wine, sourdough bread and dipping oil on the counter for us to enjoy, and two spa robes in the bathroom. It had everything we needed for a 5-night stay, including a washer and dryer inside our unit. Such creative and useful ideas, like the cute box with laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish detergent and sponge. And the notebook full of information about the area and suggestions for restaurants and places to go. They really thought of everything!

Location was great! Easy walk to Publix, restaurants and greenway. The cottage is beautiful, felt new, and I loved the theme of “cracker cows” and was pleased to read about the origins of the name and their history. The furniture was so comfy, but I worried I’d get the white sofa chairs dirty! The kitchen had everything I needed to cook some meals, and the wine was a nice bonus. Michele was so kind - when I mentioned that I’d just come down with a cold she offered to bring me anything I needed.

It got a bit humid in the cottage but when I mentioned it to Michele she immediately brought over a dehumidifier and problem was solved.

The space was freshly remodeled and had a nice cottage feel to it. It had all the amenities needed and more. It was nice having a full kitchen, as well as, full size laundry. There was a nice sitting area outside that allowed some good people watching Overall, a true pleasure.

The TV's were streamers and I missed game 7 of the World Series

Wonderful stay, clean, and has everything you need from upscale linens and a comfortable bed to an ironing board and beach chairs. The cottage feels like a boutique resort, the host had even set out a few welcome gifts! What a treat! Beautiful surroundings of the river district.

Lively at night, lots of people around on the weekend.
