Sabal Palm Apt.- beautiful new addition to Green Palm Villa. 1st floor, private entrance on the far left side of main house. GREAT locale near downtown! Tropical backyard is a great place to simply relax, but for those of you on the go, we provide a guest information notebook with maps, & lists of restaurants, attractions & recommendations. Amenities include:
~King bed w/all linens for bed, bath, & kitchen
~Marble shower, custom vanity w granite counter top
~Custom kitchen w/ side-by-side fridge, granite counter tops & small dishwasher
~No stove, but portable induction cooktop, microwave, new air fryer w/oven/toaster, electric skillet, water kettle, blender, Cuisinart coffee maker, all dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware
~Smart TV w/DirecTV, WIFI, Netflix
~Central air & heat
~Beautiful topical escape in fenced backyard, w/grill, tables, covered pergola, comfy seating, lounge chairs
~Spa in screened area
~Free use of washer, dryer
~NO LIGHTED ANYTHING, CANDLES ALLOWED IN APARTMENT!!
~Smoking allowed OUTSIDE building, but not near entrance doors

Location was perfect for reaching down town or an easy ride to Cape Coral.The apartment was clean, bright and well equipped. The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly.
