There is a local beach within walking distance (including lifeguard support) and it's not necessary to use the central beaches in Antibes center. Shopping options within 15 minutes walk (supermarket). Small local shops are also available within a short walking distance.

The location is in a local residential area and it takes about 20-30 minutes to walk to the city center. There is a intercity bus passing the premises (Nice->Cannes), but it's inconvenient to plan for that one. Not really a problem, but should be considered if you plan to use the city center or train station very often and don't like to walk in warm weather.
