Le Marin - Pool and parking

Well stocked kitchen, clean, secure dedicated car park, close to local shops. A modern apartment.

Unable to alter the air conditioning which was on the warm side. Confusing entrance as lock box was in a new situation though new photo was sent quickly. We also had to contact them about how to get the car in as instructions were for walking. The bed was a bit hard for me.

Petit appartement agréable dans une copropriété sécurisée. Place de parking au pied de l'immeuble. Le séjour et la chambre donnent sur une route relativement passante mais il y a une bonne isolation phonique des fenêtres.

Pas de rideau de douche, il est donc impossible de prendre une douche sans projections d'eau dans la salle de bain. Climatisation peu efficace. La petite piscine à l'entrée de la copropriété n'a malheureusement ni ombre ni transat.

Intérieur sympa et résidence calme. Bon contact avec l'agence.

La terrasse donne directement sur la rue très circulante. Ça ne dérange pas pour dormir, mais cela la rend inutilisable pour manger ou autre.... Il n'y a pas le minimum pour cuisiner (huile, sucre,...) seulement du sel et du poivre. Pas très pratique pour un petit séjour. Rien non plus à disposition pour nettoyer un peu (balais, sopalin, ....)

Parking and pool were the selling points and did not disappoint. Location was ok as we brought our bikes with us and could get around the town easily. Washing machine is a nice feature.

We were a family (couple with kid) and there was no pillow for the third member to sleep on. We were not able to extend the couch to be slept on and it was very uncomfortable. The AC in the bedroom did not work and was too cold and intense in the living room which was very uncomfortable during the night, especially as the property instructions explicitly state that guests are not allowed to adjust it to their preferences. There is no dishwasher in the kitchen and also no dish drainer so washing and drying dishes is a real feat. Cleanliness, especially as regards dishes and bed linen, was substandard. It was ok for 2 nights but would not recommend for longer.
