Das Apartment ist einfach ein Traum. So schön groß und einfach wunderschön eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert, das war das Wichtigste bei diesen heißen Tagen.

Nur ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist der Geräuschpegel am Abend oder in der Nacht. Genau darunter befindet sich eine Bar und dies hat man an manchen Tagen lauter gehört und an manchen Tagen aber nicht.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. First and foremost, Laura is an absolutely amazing host. From the beginning, the check-in process was seamless and incredibly easy. I needed a different check-in time than originally scheduled, and she was more than happy to accommodate my request. Throughout the entire trip, she was consistently punctual, helpful, and very responsive. She frequently checked in to see if I needed anything, which made me feel well-supported and never alone during my stay. The apartment itself is exactly as shown in the photos—spacious, impeccably clean, and with a beautiful, modern design. The location is truly unbeatable. It is very close to the metro station, making it easy to reach the historic center. However, I preferred to walk most of the time to enjoy the streets; it is a very pleasant 12–15 minute walk. The apartment is also right next to the port, which is perfect for taking day trips to the islands, as I did. Furthermore, it is right next to Via Toledo, a very central street filled with shops, and you can easily reach the Quartieri Spagnoli on foot. Everything is within walking distance! Regarding the bar downstairs, I noticed some previous reviews mentioned music, but I personally didn't find it to be an issue at all. If you keep the windows closed, the sound is significantly reduced, and for anyone who is particularly sensitive to noise, a simple pair of earplugs is an easy solution. Personally, it didn't bother me in the slightest. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I had no issues with anything during my stay. I would definitely stay here again!
