Location is excellent, right next to metro station. Nice kitchen, but we didnt use it. Big balcony. Free parking Nice new building
The sofa bed was not comfortable The door lock seems to be broken. The key turns very hard. The bathroom didn't seem very clean. The shower leaks water. Someone was knocking and trying to get into the apartment. It seems that they knew the lockbox code (so maybe need to change it more frequently)

Bardzo fajna lokalizacja w starej fabryce, piękna architektura i ciekawa historia. Metro zaraz za bramą, świetne połączenie z centrum. Duży plus za miejsce parkingowe w garażu (jednak przydałaby się jakaś instrukcja jak trafić z miejsca parkingowego do mieszkania, bo to pod zupełnie innym blokiem).
Ewidentny problem z drzwiami wejściowymi, ciężko przekręcić zamek, wymagają regulacji. Podobnie z drzwiami do łazienki, klamka prawie odpadła przy otwieraniu. Bardzo ubogie wyposażenie w kuchni (np. brak dzbanka, miseczek), brak kapsułek do pralki i zmywarki, resztka płynu do mycia naczyń… w wiadomościach podane niepełne hasło do WiFi (oczywiście można sprawdzić je na routerze, ale warto to poprawić)
