Lokalizacja przy stacji metra pozwala bezproblemowo i szybko dotrzeć w każde miejsce. Za rogiem Lidl co pozwala nie martwić się oszalały itp. Miejsce czyste i zadbane. Idealne na krótki wypad do Warszawy.
Problematyczne dotarcie do parkingu. Wjazd jest na pilota więc najpierw trzeba gdzieś zaparkować ( jeśli uda znaleźć się miejsce w okolicy) i wejść do mieszkania po pilot od bramy, dopiero wtedy można wjechać na parking. My mieliśmy niestety pecha ponieważ miejsce które jest przypisane do mieszkania ktoś z sąsiadów zajął więc nie mieliśmy gdzie stanąć. Musieliśmy zająć czyjeś miejsce i zostawić kartki na szybach samochodów swoich i tego zajmującego naszego miejsca. Poza tym ok.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja zaraz obok stacji metra, ładny widok z balkonu oraz naprawdę wygodny i czysty apartament.
Piekarnik nie działał, z czajnika za to wyciekała woda. Musieliśmy również czyścić odpływ pod prysznicem zaraz po przyjeździe, bo był zatkany.
