Hello Seochon - Gyeongbokgung Station

The property is basic and comfortable and just what we needed as we needed a base to explore Seoul.

The shower was a disappointment due to it being attached above the sink so had to take it off the wall to use and this made it awkward. The sofa was also uncomfortable for too long periods of time.

Seminterrato senza luce, bagno molto piccolo.

La position dans le quartier de Seochon, proche aussi des sentiers de rando mais aussi des palais de Seoul. Appartement silencieux, avec un bon climatiseur, lave-linge, enorme évier en cuisine. Personnel serviable et qui est réactif en cas de besoin

The place was clean and in a great location. Very close to gyongbokgung palace and station with lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Easily walked from the airport bus stop to the location. Had a washer and provided detergent and working AC.

The photos were misleading, only showing outside of House 1 with yard. House 2 was semi basement with dangerously steep stairs not ideal for traveling with a small child. There was not enough space for the door to open and enter you had to step back on the stairs to get through or squeeze into the corner. Stairs were cut to make space for the door to open fully. Rooms were small and the low ceilings made it feel cramped. Bathroom was a converted mechanical closet with no dedicated shower. My 6'2 husband could barely stand in the bathroom and struggled to shower with the sink attachment. Everytime the guests upstairs flushed their toilet you could hear the water shake the exposed pipes in our "bathroom".
