Rudy est un amour! Disponible, agréable et arrangeant ! Un grand merci a lui L'appartement est très bien situé, propre,lumineux et confortable. Petit plus avec la clim, appréciable avec ces chaleurs!

Appartement très bien situé, très propre, très bien équipé et très bien accueillis.
La terrasse pourrait être très agréable. Il y manque quelques aménagements pour la rendre encore plus fonctionnelle et profitable. Une pergola par exemple serait la très bien venue et apporterait un plus non négligeable.

Logement très grand, propre et comfortable. Surtout bien situé dans une rue calme 3 minutes du centre. Martigues est une petite ville très jolie et sympa! Rudy était très gentil et nous a donné des informations sur l'environnement.
