An easier check in. I felt 1 was being treated like a criminal before I had access to the property.
Plus I don't think they have released the $1 deposit on my credit card yet.

The location was great and the extra studio was so nice!
The floor was really sticky throughout and we walked at night to 5 huge cockroaches in the kitchen. Both of these things really made us feel a little grossed out.

Location, separate studio accommodation that was modern, pillows and beds were comfortable
Too many different keys for different doors suggest changing all locks to one key
Little mouse droppings on kitchen bench
Windows don’t stay open and come crashing down safety concern for kids and high risk of windows breaking
Fans only operate in some rooms when lights are on
No internal lock for separate studio accommodation
Suggest adding a little kitchenette to separate studio accommodation
