Great location, close to beach, nice & cosy place

I really Didn’t like the security bond payment ahead of arriving. Although the reservation was confirmed (non-refundable) and paid in full via Booking app, The Host refused to share the property access code without me transferring additional security bond amount to his bank account first. Only AFTER I made this additional bank transfer to hosts bank account, I was shared the access code but I also received detailed instructions about what I need to do (i.e. taking rubbish out, cleaning bbq, not damaging anything, no loud noise, etc.) in order get my security bond back in full after the stay. I think this practices might be breach of Booking’s T&Cs. If really needed, I would feel much more comfortable with having the security deposit taken & released by Booking

Very practical and very nice home. 2 min to the beach. Big land and great outdoors. Lots of beds good for my big family The host Peter was very nice and very accommodating offering early check in and late check out as the house was free before and after. Also got in touch with us before during and after to make sure we had everything we needed.

There was no dishwasher and no dryer. We stayed only a weekend so was fine but I would have preferred not to have to clean the dishes while on "holidays"

The linen and towels were not good quality. No milk or treats on arrival. No instructions about local area or how to use TV. Not sure if paid TV like Netflix was available. Given no local shops supermarkets the fridge should have had milk and some goodies.
