Apartman BIG 2 Novi Sad

Good place

Clean place

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect for us as it was very close to the place we were visiting. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, which made the stay very relaxing. The apartment is on the ground floor of the house and was perfect for our one-night stay. It was spacious, very clean, tidy, and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere peaceful and away from the city center, while still being conveniently close to the salaš.

The owner although she looks friendly, she doesn't speak English at all. So, face to face comminication is an issue. Also, if you're traveling for work keep in mind that since in Serbia the payment.doesn't go through booking.com, most of the owners do not provide a receipt or invoice. O have a huge issue because this was not clear to me and now I cannot be refunded. I believe that booking.com should make this clear so tht we prefer hotels from aparrments in such cases.
