location is great: close enough to the sea (< 5 mins),
but a 15 walk from the center (where there is a grocery store), which is the perfect distance, because it means no noise during the night.
the dangerous stairs and tight spaces.
It should be more clearly explained, and pictures made available, that there is a very steep and tight spiral staircase to reach the apartment, which was especially difficult and dangerous with an infant.
The spaces are too tight in general, not enough space to move around, in the bedroom, in the bathroom and in the open space.
Definitely should be marked in fields or descriptions that the apartment is not suited for families with infants.
