Nice three-room apartment with independent entrance and automated gate, exclusive and fenced outdoor area of about 90 square meters. (with more parking spaces) veranda (equipped for lunches and dinners), INTERNET, every comfort, in the town center a few steps from the sea (100 m.) and from all amenities (supermarket, pharmacy, daily market, bar, pizzerias and restaurants) and the house is as follows: large living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, thirty-two inch flat screen TV, ceiling fan, bathroom with shower and washing machine, double bedroom (ceiling fan) and studio with bunk bed (both have French windows with access to the exclusive courtyard. Optimal for 4 people, max 5 seats (considering the sofa bed). Everything to be able to enjoy a beach holiday in a practical and peaceful way. a playground and a mini club and the pine forest is about 200 meters away.Dogs are allowed upon consultation with the owner.

Bei dieser Ferienwohnung hat für uns einfach alles gepasst. Die Fotos auf der fewo-Seite geben die hübsche, liebevoll eingerichtete und sehr saubere Wohnung sehr gut wieder. Wir haben uns einfach wohl gefühlt. Die Terrasse sowie den ganzen Bereich ums Haus mit Carport hatten wir für uns allein. Das Schlafzimmer liegt ruhig nach hinten. Zum Meer sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß, und mit vielen netten Restaurants, Bars, Supermärkten und kleinen Geschäften in der Nähe waren wir bestens versorgt. Der Gastgeber und seine Familie sind superliebenswürdig und hilfsbereit, Ein- und Ausschecken klappten völlig unkompliziert. An diesen Urlaub werden wir uns immer gern erinnern.

Der Ort selber hat sich aus einer Urlaubssiedlung entwickelt, daher wird es immer noch am Wochenende belebter. In der Woche ist es ruhiger. Man ist halt mittendrin im italienischen Leben.

Appartement situé non loin de la plage avec emplacement privatif pour la voiture, mais malheureusement non climatisé. Nous étions obligés de dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes avec le bruit d'une rue très fréquentée aussi bien par des passants qu'avec des voitures, camions..La famille Tarmati était très acceuillante et très aimable, et elle a essayé de nous rendre notre séjour le plus comfortable possible.
