Good communication and excellent location.
I think there are different apartments but my double room apartment had a kitchenette that was too small and sparsely fitted out for my liking (local restaurants were good though and easily accessible)

Not much to don’t like. The squeaky stairs to the apartment can be a surprise for the first time but you get used to them quickly.

La ubicación es buena a unos 15 minutos caminando del centro. El aparcamiento gratuito es fundamental, nos ofrecieron incluso dejarlo más tiempo si lo necesitábamos. El anfitrión tuvo el detalle de devolvernos una noche por los problemas ( aunque entró en el apartamento a pesar de que no estábamos allí y lo habíamos comunicado y con nuestras cosas dentro, un poco raro) .
No estaba limpio, se comunicó y el anfitrión pidió disculpas y mandó de nuevo a limpiar pero solo limpió la cocina. El baño tuvimos que limpiarlo nosotros. Habían manchas en el suelo, debajo de las camas no podía caber más bolas de pelusas. Nos dijo que había cambiado de limpiadora y que ya era el segundo que se quejaba. Había estanterías en el suelo, otras sin atornillar en la pared. Muy pocos utensilios de cocina. Daba sensación de dejadez.
