I liked the location because it was close to the tram station that goes into the city center. Although it wasn’t located in the main tourist area, it was still very convenient to travel around. There was also a supermarket nearby. The location matched the pinned address exactly, the check-in instructions were clear, and the staff were easy to contact and very helpful.

When we opened the room, there was a very strong cigarette smell in the main bedroom, so strong that it was impossible to sleep there. We informed the staff, and they sent housekeeping to clean the room, but they only sprayed air freshener over the smell, which did not solve the problem. Even after leaving the windows open and going out for the entire day, the cigarette smell was still there when we came back. As a result, we could not sleep in the main bedroom and had to squeeze together in the smaller room, while the men had to sleep on the floor near the entrance. Considering how expensive the accommodation was, we were unable to properly use the room, which was very disappointing. The bathroom also had an unpleasant smell coming from the drain and felt quite old. The heater was extremely noisy whenever someone was taking a shower. Some towels had visible stains on them. On some nights, groups of young men stood smoking right outside the room. As a group of women traveling together, I did not feel safe staying here.
