Studio parfait. Le lit de ce studio est le meilleur lit dans lequel j'aie jamais dormi en France. Lit parfait, super confortable. Emplacement idéal. La réception est très réactive. se le longement ete dispo, il Laise accéder avant 16h. Superbe. Je le recommande vivement.

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place and return with pleasure! The location is perfect to explore Valenciennes—central, calm, and convenient. The person who welcomed us was extremely polite and accommodating, allowing us a late check-out which really helped with our train schedule. Communication was quick and friendly throughout. The apartment is great value for money, but for full transparency, we gave a 9 because the bathroom door was broken and difficult to use, and the bed was quite hard with sheets that could be of better quality. If those two details are improved, it would truly be an excellent place to discover Valenciennes. Thank you again for everything! The location was great. Short walk from the main square and the stops for the tram. The apartment is small and comfortable and is equipped with the necessary things.

There was an overwhelming cigarette smoke scent in the apartment upon entry. The smoke penetrated the sheets, pillows and towels. It appears that the previous guest may have broken the no smoking rule? Well I surely suffered for it for almost the entire stay. For this reason, I doubt I will return.
