We loved our stay at Palacio al Andalus - such an easy location to get to yet still in the midst of the Medina. It was great to be just off the main square. The staff were lovely - the welcome mint tea and treats was great, as well as the live music in the evenings. Great rooftop terrace to watch the sunset and the happenings in the square

The location, view and interior design of the hotel
There was no warm water in the shower in the middle of March, the room was pretty cold. Both the room and the toilet was pretty dirty
